How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.
Shipping fees are based also on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.
All our products are made as ordered and printed on demand just for you, so they will be put through a production process, therefore there will be a Handling Time on them.

How long would it take for my order to be shipped?
As we are a print-on-demand company, so it takes 3-5 business days to process the products. Customers, please give us several days depends on the product type that you ordered. Ninety-five percent of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business days for all products
What carriers my order will be shipped with?
We ship our domestic orders with USPS, DHL depend on recipient address to improve delivery speed and cost-effectiveness.
It could take 8-12 business days for delivery within the U.S.
It takes 1-3 weeks for delivery with international orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We will send you a tracking number via email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on “Track Your Order” in the Main Menu.
If you didn’t receive an email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Chargeback, in some cases, Emails don’t get send automatically.
Where is my order?
To check on the status of an order please use the tracking number that we send to your email.
If you have ordered several items, they are often shipped out in separate packages so you may receive them on different days. You will receive an email with a tracking number for each package sent.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping is available worldwide through a variety of different carriers.
Why I cannot choose fast ship for my order?
Here are certain colors that are rare or always low in stock that require more time to process so that we cannot offer fast shipping with these specific colors on the orders. If you wish to have your items to deliver faster, feel free to contact us at [email protected] , so we can have a look and do the best that we can.
My tracking number isn’t working.
Tracking numbers can take 2-4 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can experience delays updating their site or delivering an order. I haven’t received a shipment notification.
If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, the email may have been directed to your spam folder. If it is not there, please reach out at [email protected] as we may have the incorrect email on file. Make sure to include the name on the shipping information, your email, and anything else that might be helpful!
How do you handle Customs/Duty Charges?
Customs and duty charges may be applicable depending on the country of origin, size, weight and/or value of your order.
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
My package is marked delivered, but I never received it.
If your package is marked delivered, but you never received it, follow these steps:
Check around your home/apartment in case the postal carrier placed the package in an odd spot.
Ask your neighbors as they may have received your package instead.
Reach out to your local post office for information regarding the package.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where my order?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. If you believe error contact us [email protected]
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order. Please check the refunds policy. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDERS?
We can only process cancellations for items within 12 hours and have not gone into production. Please email us at [email protected] with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once the printing process has begun. Please be informed that a management and transaction fee (15% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
Shipping to multiple locations
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.
Customs charges and delays
Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which are out of our control.
